Definitions Of Different Types Of Government Explained In A Bovine Paradigm. Holy Cow!

Dear Pals,

Here's the best list I've been able to find in my search for understanding the differences between the types of systems of government philosphy. I don't know who compiled it. But, it is insightful. In the interest of full disclosure, I did edit it a bit to make it more timely.

FEUDALISM: You have two cows. Your lord of the manor takes some of the milk in return for protecting you from roaming brigands. (This is where the Mafia got the "protection racket" idea.)

PURE SOCIALISM: You have two cows. The government takes them and puts them in a barn with everyone else's cows. You have to take care of all the cows. The government gives you as much milk as it thinks you should need.

BUREAUCRATIC SOCIALISM: You have two cows. The government takes them and puts them in a barn with everyone else's cows. They are cared for by ex-chicken farmers. You dairymen have to take care of the chickens the government took from the chicken farmers. The government gives you as much milk and as many eggs as the regulations say you should need.

FASCISM: You have two cows. The government takes both, hires you to take care of them, and sells you the milk. (See Chrysler and GM)

PURE COMMUNISM: You have two cows. Your neighbors help you take care of them, and you all share the milk equally. Life is good until one of the neighbors has triplets that require more milk than the alotted equal share. A committee is formed to decide what to do. In order to maintain the equal shares of milk, the triplets are killed.

RUSSIAN COMMUNISM: You have two cows. In order to avoid a one-way trip to the gulag, you have to take care of them, but the government takes all the milk.

TOTALITARIANISM (DICTATORSHIP): You have two cows. The government takes both cows and shoots you and your family. 

SINGAPOREAN DEMOCRACY: You have two cows. The government fines you for keeping two unlicensed farm animals in a one room apartment.

MILITARIANISM: You have two cows. The government takes both and drafts you.

PURE DEMOCRACY: You have two cows. You and your neighbors vote to see who gets the milk.

REPRESENTATIVE DEMOCRACY: You have two cows. You and your neighbors pick someone to tell you who gets the milk. Of course, the duly elected representative gets to siphon off first dibs on the milk.

AMERICAN DEMOCRACY: The government promises to give you two cows if you vote for it. After the election, the President is impeached for speculating in cow futures. The press dubs the affair "Cowgate". If the President is a Democrat, MoveOn.org urges us to move on and not cry over spilled milk. If he is a Republican, a truth commission headed by Nancy Pelosi will be convened.

BRITISH DEMOCRACY: You have two cows. You feed them sheeps' brains and they go mad. The government doesn't do anything. The Queen eventually dissolves Parliament and the mad cow crisis is blamed on the IRA.

BUREAUCRACY: You have two cows. At first the government regulates what you can feed them and when you can milk them. Then it pays you not to milk them. After that it takes both cows, shoots one, milks the other and makes you pour the milk down the drain. Then it requires you to fill out forms in triplicate accounting for the missing cow and fines you for improper disposal of milk.

ANARCHISM: You have two cows. Either you sell the milk at what your neighbors think is a fair price or your neighbors try to kill you and take your cows.

ENTREPRENEURIAL CAPITALISM: You have two cows. You have an idea to create a dairy farm and dairy product company. You take personal intiative and risk to bring it to reality. You sell one cow and buy a bull. You breed them and work your butt off to create a small dairy and a herd that grows in size. You and your family get up at 3:00 am everyday to make the dairy productive and prosperous. Eventually you expand production by reinvesting your profits to grow the business and you hire workers to work in the growing dairy and take care of the herd. You produce much more milk much more efficiently and at a lower cost per gallon. You sell the milk, butter, cheese and ice cream far and wide and profit from your efforts. The government comes along and regulates the dairy to assure public health and safety. You have to hire a department to keep up with the regulatory paperwork. Profit margins shrink. Production costs rise. The Milker's union organizes your employees without a secret ballot using "Card Check" and then makes demands for higher wages and more and more benefits that cause the dairy to become non-competitive with cheaper imported milk,cheese, ice cream and butter. With profits tanking and regulatory and union headaches soaring. You finally say, "Enough is enough!" You liquidate the dairy, sell the cows, equipment and land to a shopping mall developer and retire to Florida. The unionized workers now go to the unemployment line and grumble about how unfair you are. The government will tax your estate when you die as a last act of indignity.

HONG KONG CAPITALISM: You have two cows. You sell three of them to your publicly-traded company, using letters of credit opened by your brother-in-laws at the banks, then execute a debt/equity swap with associated general offer so that you get all four cows back, with a tax deduction for keeping five cows. The milk rights of six cows are transferred via a Panamanian intermediary to a Cayman Islands company secretly owned by the majority shareholder, who sells the rights to all seven cows' milk back to the listed company. The annual report says that the company owns eight cows, with an option on one more. Meanwhile, you kill the two cows because the feng shiu is bad.

ENVIRONMENTALISM: You have two cows. Thanks to ACLU lawsuits for animal abuse and torture, the government bans you from milking or killing them . OSHA and the EPA mandate that all manure and methane emmissions must be properly captured by workers in haz-mat suits and treated before disposal at the Government Recycling Center 246 miles away. It is open every other Wednesday between 9:00 and 4:30. Permits for transportation and disposal must obtained every other Friday between 9:00 and Noon at the recycling center.

FEMINISM: You have two cows. They get married in New Hampshire and adopt a veal calf. They buy fat free homogenized milk at the store and live out a peaceful life as dry cows.

TOTALITARIANISM: You have two cows. The government takes them and denies they ever existed. Milk is banned because of "it's consumption can lead to obesity, heart disease, mad cow disease and lactose intolerance."

COUNTER CULTURISM: Wow, dude, there's like... these two cows, man. You got to have some of this milk.

SURREALISM: You have two male giraffes. The government requires you to take harmonica lessons.

LIBERTARIANISM: You have two cows. One has actually read the Constitution, believes in its principles and has some really good ideas about government. The cow runs for office, and while most people agree that the cow is the best candidate, nobody except the other cow votes for her because all the other cows think it would be "throwing their vote away."

DISCONTENTED CARNATIONISM: Discontented Carnation cows vote for "Change" and Obama is elected and ACORN is put in charge of counting your cows and all of the rest of the cows - and, because of the hay bale out - all cows are now owned 75% by the Milker's Union and 22.5% by the Federal Government and 2.5% by you. The Bondholders have to settle for 10-cents on the dollar. Take it or leave it.

A Prayer For America. One Nation Under God...Or Consider "The Alternatives."

Dear Pals,

Those of you who know me well, know that I am not one for organized religion with all of its man-made ritual and orthodoxy. Yet, while I don't shout it from the rooftops, if anyone asks me, I am a Christian in the Judeo-Christian-Roman Catholic-Episcopalian tradition with a dash of Zen Buddhism, Egyptian, Taoist, Sufi, Upanishaad, Confusianism and Hopi thinking thrown in to form my own unique worldview.

That said, I believe that the Intelligent Creative Spirit of the Universe (a.ka. God) dwells in all people. I think we all contain what physicists seek and call "The God Particle." Our free will allows us to express it for good or for evil. It is every individual's choice.

The eternal struggle between good and evil is also the internal struggle every human being has to deal with. There are no exceptions...and evil is often mighty appealing...one could even say, "pleasureably tempting."

Sometimes we mortals get off track...and we can justify all kinds of aberrant behavior with many  rationales and guises such as "political correctness" and "progresssive secular Humanism."

That's when we need something like this...

My pal JCS sent me this wonderful prayer by Billy Graham. I think it is highly relevant in these very troubling times...you don't have to be a Christian or even a Southern Baptist variety Christian to appreciate his sentiments.

I Just Learned That I Am In Violation Of FFL:245-092012. And I Will Soon Be Arrested And Held In "Prolonged Detention" Under The New Obama Rule Of Law. Fortunately, The Augustinians Prepared Me For It.

Dear Pals,

Back in high school, during my mispent youth at Augustian Academy Catholic Boys College Preparatory School, where "Every man was a gentleman," I spent a lot of time in detention or "jug."

That was usually a 1 to 2 hour period after school spent cleaning the bathrooms and toilets in this all-boy Catholic school which was run by the Augustinian monks. The OSA, Order of St. Augustine, is not to be confused with the OSS, the predecessor of the CIA, although the OSA knew a lot about interrogation and torture techniques aka student Corporal Discipline.

There was an incident at the school and the good Fathers knew that I knew what went down. And I knew that they knew that I knew that they knew that I knew that. You know what I mean?

So they told me to cough up the info or else.

I asked, "Or else what?"

The Dean of Discipline and Vice Rector said, "Or else you can kneel in every class until you decide to come clean."

I said, "Okay, I'll kneel...but I won't squeal."

So kneel I did.

They could never get me to "rat out" other students, and as a result, I had to kneel in every class my entire Senior Year and whenever a monk or brother came within 10-feet of me, I had to kneel down and stay kneeling until he was 10-feet past me.

I won't go into all the gory details and reasons why, suffice it to say, I was just one of those lippy guys that didn't respond well to mindless authority and capricious enforcement of arbitrary rules that made no sense...or infringed on my personal liberty and freedom of action.

I never liked people who would and could push people around just for the fun of pushing.

Consequently, I paid a price for my non-adherence to rules and non-compliance with the lock-step management-style of the good Fathers. I also felt the sting of their floor-length, 2'" wide leather waist cinctures many, many times.

Most of the time (99.745%) I deserved it.

This will sound really odd, but I loved that high school and learned a lot there. Despite my non-compliance, I managed to graduate in the Top 10% of my class, I was lucky #13 out of 135 students in the class of '65. I coulda been 12th., if I had "only applied myself."

But as one rimpy-shrimpy PhysEd instructor with a very big "little man complex" once said, "Burkmeyer...you won't ever amount to anything because you're always fartin' around...fartin' around...fartin' around." Then he hit me across the butt with the metal whistle on the end of his lanyard.

I glared back at him and said, "If you ever hit me again, I will be the last person you ever hit."

He got red-faced at my defiance and he made do 20 push-ups - but he never hit me again.

I now look back on all that time in detention, and see it as prepatory training for my upcoming Prolonged Detention under the Obama Administration at the Harry Reid Memorial Dissidents Detention Center at Yucca Mountain, Nevada.

I'm hoping I'll get a chance to move toxic waste around in this new dissenters' Gulag...at least that way I'll become a real "Illuminati" and actually glow in the dark so I'll be able to read the underground blogs circulated after nightfall.

Yes, dear Pals, I am now in violation of FFL:245-092012 that's Future Federal Law 245-092012 for committing the crime of independent thinking without a Department Of Brain Management Level-5 Independent Thought Authorization Permit.

I expect to be arrested momentarily by Bill and Larry, two long-time dyed-in the wool liberals and members of the Thought Police. As early as the 1980's, these two used to arrest unsuspecting people in the elevators in the old Windsor Building in Clayton for what they were allegedly thinking.

Even though this law has yet to be enacted, the Obama Administration has decided to move very very very quickly because "something must be done" (their standard M.O.) and take pre-emptive action in order to keep me from distributing potentially thought-provoking blog material that is critical of the policies of our Inspiring new President and the leaders of the House and Senate.

So, I will soon be held under Obama's new Prolonged Detention policy for future violations; retroactive to Inauguration Day, January 20, 2009.

The North Korean Nuclear Threat: Why More Sanctions And More Diplomacy Won't Work, Never Did Work And Never Will Work With Kim Jong Il.

He now has nuclear bombs and technology to sell to his nutball pals in Iran or who knows where else? Syria again???...he already tried to help them build a nuclear facility that Isreal took out last year.

My inspiring new President has repeatedly asserted that "Gitmo has served as a recruiting tool for radical jihadists."

Where's the proof of that?

If even if it is 500% true, so what?

Won't holding these scumbags in a U.S. maximum security prison seven stories underground in Colorado have the just the same effect?

Or does being "out of sight out of mind" make holding these scumbags somehow "okay" in the Muslim jihadists' twisted minds? (Say, maybe that's why the burrkah was invented.)

And what about all this other stuff we Amercans do that jihadists don't like, such as:

1. Holding the blind sheik in the hoosegow.

2. Supporting Israel against the murdering thugs in Hamas and Hezbollah.

3. Having US troops fighting in Iraq.

4. Having US troops fighting in Afghanistan.

5. Being an open and freedom loving Judeo-Christian nation.

6. Humiliating prisoners at Abu Grahib. (That was wrong...but not nearly as wrong as beheading a journalist and dismembering captured US troops)

7. Looking at Playboy Centerfolds. (They prefer their women in head-to-toe burrkahs)

8. Listening to Bill O'Reilly and Glenn Beck. (That also offends George Soros and Sean Penn)

9. The Words On The Statue of Liberty, in our Constitution and Declaration of Independence.

10. Killing jihadist scumbags whenever we can with drone strikes.

Aren't these all "American provocations that can enflame the Muslim world, the Arab Street and bin Laden's hemmoroids?"

Aren't these all recruiting tools for jihadists?

So how does closing Gitmo improve our "image" even one iota when all this other stuff is REALITY? Please explain that to my little provincial mind.

Look folks, giving that rat-faced murdering bastard S.O.B. P.L.O. thug Yasser Araft The Nobel Prize didn't make him Mother Teresa. (That was just plain stupid, by the way.)

Well, Dick Cheney isn't having any of this liberal bullroar and revisionist history crap...and neither should you or me.

We need to send a strong message to Harry "Blowin' in the wind" Reid and to every single member of Congress.

It's a simple message from the heart:

If you vote to fund the closing of Gitmo and the scumbags now incarcerated there end up here on the soil of our American Homeland, you WILL loose your seat in the Senate or in the House.

If enough ordinary everyday Americans get angry about this balatant affront to our common sense and threat to our National Security, we can stop it by using the one leverage point every politician understands.

If they can't "read the tea leaves," they can count the callers who will vote against them.

We can vote them out of the office they "temporarily" occupy.

I'm urging every clear-thinking American I know to call their Senator and Representative. MELT DOWN their phone lines in DeeCee and in their local offices near you.

Tell them, "KEEP THE PRISONERS IN GITMO. If you vote to bring them here. We will vote you out of office at the earliest possible moment.

If you close Gitmo prison, you Gotnomo office."

Obama is dead WRONG on this issue. Let's stop his latest piece of endangering insanity.

So she flips the Press "the bird" and then takes wing to China. I wonder if she's taking along any U.S. State Secrets to share with the Chi-coms?

Nah, she wasn't paying very close attention in the National Security Intelligence briefing meetings, so there's really nothing to worry about.

Before she developed her "Ask me no questions, I'll tell you no lies" policy, she and her Pals Patrick Leahy et al were calling for a "Truth Commission" to investigate the use of waterboarding under the Bush Administration's Justice Department...and promising to go all the way up the chain of command to "wherever it leads us."

Then she put both high heels in her mouth...not once, not twice...not three times...but everytime she opened her mouth. (Maybe she has Biden Syndrome a.k.a. BS?) Finally, in what is hopefully the last stage of this syndrome, she developed "Lockjaw."

Where is the Press outrage?

Where are the Press' cahones?

Why is the Press taking this guff from her?

I think it's well past the time when her fellow Democrats should dismiss her!

Nancy Pelosi is the 3rd person in line to be President of the United States.

Therefore, she has a higher responsibility to National Security because of her succession position and key leadership role on committees that receive high-level, top secret briefings.

To have "selective and politically expedient recollections" of these top level briefings is, in and of itself, an appalling admission of her derilection of duty.

That alone should be more than sufficient grounds for repossessing the Speaker's Gavel.

But the worst offense in her rapidly growing portfolio of offensive statements is the fact that she has said that the CIA deliberately and frequently lied to her and misled her and other members of the U. S. Congress.

Oh really...

That's not the way the other members of the committees recall the incidents in question.

I believe that she is the LIAR.

I know from her behavior that she is a disgrace.

To call this grinning gargoyle "Madam Speaker" is an insult to all the Madams who run honest Houses of prostitution.

Every day Nutzi Nancy remains in office, is also an affront to the integrity of U.S. Intelligence Community; CIA, FBI and Justice Department.

And to you and me the ordinary Citizens of the Republic.

It also makes the Democrat-controlled House of Representatives look like the Unintelligence Community and an even bigger "House of Ill Repute," than it already is.

 Let's face it, English is a crazy language.  There is no egg in eggplant, nor ham in hamburger; neither apple nor pine in pineapple.  English muffins weren't invented in England nor French fries in France.  Sweetmeats are candies while sweetbreads, which aren't sweet, are meat.  We take English for granted, but if we explore its paradoxes, we find that quicksand can work slowly, boxing rings are square and a guinea pig is neither from Guinea nor is it a pig.
 
 And why is it that writers write but fingers don't fing, grocers don't groce and hammers don't ham?  If the plural of tooth is teeth, why isn't the plural of booth, beeth?  One goose, 2 geese. So one moose, 2 meese?  One index, 2 indices?  If teachers taught, why didn't preachers praught?  Doesn't it seem crazy that you can make amends but not one amend?  If you have a bunch of odds and ends and get rid of all but one of them, what do you call it?
 
 Sometimes I think all the English speakers should be committed to an asylum for the verbally insane. In what language do people recite at a play and play at a recital, ship by truck and send cargo by ship, have noses that run and feet that smell?
 
 How can a slim chance and a fat chance be the same, while a wise man and a wise guy are opposites? You have to marvel at the unique lunacy of a language in which your house can burn up as it burns down, in which you fill in a form by filling it out, and in which an alarm goes off by going on.
 
 English was invented by people, not computers, and it reflects the creativity of the human race, which, of course, is not a race at all. That is why, when the stars are out, they are visible, but when the lights are out, they are invisible.

There is a two-letter word that perhaps has more meanings than any other two-letter word, and that is UP.

It's easy to understand UP , meaning toward the sky or toward the top of the list, but when we awaken in the morning, why do we wake UP ?

At a meeting, why does a topic come UP ? Why do we speak UP and why are the officers UP for election and why is it UP to the secretary to write UP a report?

We call UP our friends. We use something to brighten UP a room, polish UP the silver, warm UP the leftovers, and clean UP the kitchen.

We lock UP the house and some guys fix UP the old car .
At other time s the little word has real special meaning. 
People stir UP trouble, line UP for tickets, work UP an appetite, and think UP excuses. To be dressed is one thing but to be dressed UP is special .

And this UP use is really confusing: A drain must be opened UP because it is stopped UP.

We open UP a store in the morning but we close it UP at night.
We seem to be pretty mixed UP about UP !

To be knowledgeable about the proper uses of UP, look the word UP in the dictionary.

In a desk-sized dictionary, it takes UP almost 1/4th of the page and can add UP to about thirty definitions.

If you are UP to it, you might try building UP a list of the many ways UP is used.

It will take UP a lot of your time, but if you don't give UP, you may wind UP with a hundred or more.
When it threatens to rain, we say it is clouding UP.

When the sun comes out we say it is clearing UP.

When it rains, it wets the earth and often messes things UP. 

When it doesn't rain for awhile, things dry UP

Dead-Eye Dick has taken aim at the DEE CEE political pantywaists, the yellow dog New York Times and  the terrorist apologists at the ACLU, who worry so much about the rights of the 3-confessed "enemy combatants" who were the creators of "man caused disasters."

I hope Dick Cheney let's 'em all have it with both barrels of double-aught facts and evidence. And, then reloads and does it again!

I'm not obsessed with "America's image in the world" like our Inspiring New President is. I'm concerned about our security and safety, here and abroad.

This is no time for Obama to be playing international PR-patty-cake with murdering Cuban dictators or bowing before oil kings or meekly reaching out to shake hands with oil-thug Hugo Chavez, or the Holocaust denying and soon-to-be nuclear missle-armed enemies in Iraq...not to mention the North Korea nutball, Kim Jong Il.

Frankly, I think those guilty-as-hell murdering dirtbags in Gitmo should have been publicly hanged years ago...and then had their bodies sewn up inside pigskins so they could never enter Muslim heaven.

Here's the way I see it.

I see the country I love being divided into 3 major groups:

TYPE A's) The Freedom Lovers, independent, self-reliant, hardworking honest people who are "earners" - they ask for nothing more than the opportunity to succeed or fail based on their own drive, talent, personal intiative and energy. aka "The Responsible"

TYPE B's) The Freeloaders, the "entitled" gimme, gimme, gimme system-manipulating users, who want unearned special privileges, lifetime guarantees, cushy benefits that someone else pays for, personal subsidies (like sub-prime no-money down mortgage loans) and the big financial bailout freebies or census jobs that get handed to them in payback exchange for their fatcat political contributions. aka "The Irresponsible"

TYPE C's) The Apathetic Sideliners - they don't care, don't contribute, don't vote except when "incentivized" to do so. They have no skin in the game and just carp occasionally and go with the flow. aka "The Clueless"

Now, without further ado here is:

THE BIRK RECIPE FOR RESURRECTION, REVITALIZATION AND RETAKING THE STATEHOUSES, GOVERNOR'S OFFICES, U.S. CONGRESS AND THEN THE WHITE HOUSE.

I hope these ideas and suggestions stimulate your thinking and encourage wider debate.

1. LIBERTY, FREEDOM, INDEPENDENCE AND SELF-RELIANCE ARE PARAMOUNT: get the Federal government off the back of the American taxpayer and out of the way of American creativity.

Unleash America's deep reservoir of entrepreneurial energy and don't oppress, usurp or mandate the direction of the Nation's production capacity.

Don't let government direct it.

Don't government let channel it.

Don't let government manage it!

And, for God's sake, don't let government own it!

That's been done, it was once called "The Soviet People's Glorious 5-Year Plan."

Our Inspiring new President is now calling his version of it "The New Foundation."

Free the genius of America and watch innovation flow!

End mindless or manipulative "vote buying" largesse to clueless irresposible freeloaders. No more subprime mortage lending. No more bailing out other people's mortgages.Go back to time-honored 20% down mortgages. Encourage savings toward mortgage downpayment and end subsidized handouts.

Get rid of "creative" banking and go back to "basic" banking. Put a taskforce of down-to-earth Midwest community bankers in charge and watch them clean up the balance sheets.

Keep the playing field open and honest with very limited, but vigorously enforced regulation.

Get behind State's Rights and get Washington permanently out of the "We Know What's Best For You" business.

Hey Bwarney, Nutzi Nancy, Harry, Howlin' Howard, Chuck and Chris "Countryside" Dodd, we know what's best for us.

And it ain't you!

Leave the money at the local level in the pockets of the people who EARN it!

There is no need to send it to Washington to have it counted, skimmed, squandered and then dribbled back to the States...or, to be used as blackmail to get the States to do stupid social-engineering.

Encourage giving and neighbor-helping-neighbor, enable locally-based private Community Chests, United Ways and charities to do the Lord's good work to help the truly helpless.

They will do it better, faster and cheaper than Uncle Sam can or ever will.

And they can do it without a bloated bureacracy of social engineers. The United Way and Salvation Army do incredible work with highly dedicated people for less than 8-cents on the contributed dollar.

2. STRONGEST-NATIONAL DEFENSE: Second to none. Period.

A fully armed USA is the best deterrent to Iranian and Korean nutballs and resurgent Russian hegemony. Support our allies without equivoaction especially, Isreal, Great Britain, Canada, Australia, Ireland, Georgia, Japan and Poland. 

Keep a keen eye on everybody else.

Speak softly and carry the biggest EFFEN stick on the planet. We're the "World's Cop" by default now. Might as well do it right.

It's 5-minutes to High Noon in the Global Village...and BHO ain't no Gary Cooper.

3. SANE IMMIGRATION POLICIES: Tight border security - Robert Frost or Carl Sandburg or Tim Allen said, "Good fences make good neighbors." 

Finish the Mexican-USA Border fence!

End cross-border trafficking in drugs and people.

Use American and Mexican troops in Mexico to hunt down and kill the banditos. We chased Pancho Villa into Mexico in 1912...so there is a precedent for bandito hunting.

For law-abiding folks from other lands, remind all the people of the world that they are welcome to apply for entry into America. But we will check out who's coming in very very very very carefully and take our gay old time doing it.

Once legally admitted, these probationary visitors should have no more than 3-years to earn U. S. citizenship and the privilege to become a Citizen of the Republic.

And until that time, they are not granted the rights and benefits of U.S. Citizens. If they have a child born here it is not automatically a U.S. Citizen.

Let's stop that nonsense, it's bankrupting California.

That means immigrants have to learn to read, write and speak English, and become part of the melting pot and adopting and practicing American values and abiding by all U.S. Laws. Just like all the past generations of immigrants.

This isn't new Morrocco. Or new Mexico or new Indonesia. Or new Iraq. Or new Cuba. Or new Viet Nam. Or new Iceland. Here's a NEWS FLASH...

This is The United States Of America.

Don't expect to move into "our house" and start rearranging the furniture and telling us what to cook for dinner or what language to speak to you in.

If you want to be an American citizen and breathe our FREE AIR, learn to think, look, walk, talk and act like an American.

Don't expect us to make special accomodations for you by printing instructions in your language on everything. If you want to speak Swahili in your home or church, fine.

Everywhere else it's American English. Get used to it.

Respect and abide our laws. Work hard, contribute, thrive, live long and prosper. Many millions of hard working immigrants before you have done just fine.

And, as for religion, you can worship a bowling ball if you like, but don't try to force your God, psuedo-God or religious quirks on anyone else. Period.

If you aren't willing to do those things, go back home and have a nice life.

4. ELIMINATE THE FEDERAL PERSONAL INCOME TAX: Go to a Flat National Sales Tax of 4.5% and a Flat Corporate Tax of 1/2% of Gross Receipts. No deductions. Period.

Make the Federal Government live on a budget...just like you do.

5. ENCOURAGE HEALTH SAVINGS ACCOUNTS, COLLEGE ACCOUNTS AND IRA(S) - Make saving money a national cultural priority and a virtue. Teach it from kindergarten on - I have a way to do this that is very cheap and amazingly effective.

Allow wage earners to direct 25% of their FICA funds into these investments that they control and 75% into Social Security.

6. ELIMINATE THE DEATH AND/OR INHERITANCE TAX: Your parents earned the money, already paid taxes on it, saved it, invested it, grew it and nurtured it.

 And they also paid more taxes all along the way.

They gave you your life energy...now they should be able to pass their life's wealth energy onto you without having it taxed yet again. Period.

7. REASSERT STATES RIGHTS: Let local people decide all social and moral issues; Abortion. Gay Marriage. Inter-Species Marriage. Period.

You can live in Atlanta, Las Vegas, East LA, Bedford Falls or anyplace that you like. Find the best place for you and have a nice life. If you don't like one state's social laws...move to a state that has laws you like.

ELIMINATE the judicial activism that currently shoves one group's morals and mores down the throats of all U. S. Citizens.

8. TERM LIMITS FOR CONGRESS AND THE FEDERAL JUDICIARY: You don't let people in their dotage drive cars or fly planes...nor should they stay in positions of legislative or judicial power. Heavily-medicated Senators and Judges in wheelchairs suffering from the physical and mental ravages of old age is NOT a good idea.

Old age hits us all.

No one should serve in Congress past age 70. Period.

No more than 3-terms (6-Years) in the House and 3 in the Senate (12 years). That's eighteen (18) years max or mandatory retirement at 70 whichever comes first.

9. ACCOUNTABILTY TO CONSTITUENTS:  Senators and Congresspersons and all Federal Judges and bureaucrats must be in the same Social Security system with the Citizens of the Republic who elect them.

END ALL SPECIAL "JUST FOR US" CONGRESSIONAL PERQUISITES AND BENEFITS IMMEDIATELY.

10: NATIONAL RECALL LEGISLATION: Create the ability for the Citizen's to dissolve The U. S. House of Representatives through a State Level Petition Process - just like they dissolve Parliament in Great Britain. 60% of State Legislatures would be needed to dissolve The House.

If DEE CEE fools get out of control, we should be able to halt the nonsense immediately and toss 'em out and hit the "Reset Button" and get back on track without having to suffer through 2-years or 4-years of misdeeds, incompetency, lies or irresponsible policies that endanger our national security or economy.

To ensure honesty, annually audit all Congresspersons, Cabinet level and high-ranking Federal Office holders and Judges.  Create a fair way to remove Judges who thwart The U.S. Constitution and will of the Citizenry.

End corruption by annual audits. Put all political crooks in jail, if they put so much as a baby finger in the public coffer or lobbying till.

Let them live within their means and end the creation of Political Millionaires with cash in their freezer and/or in their "re-election" fund.

Stop election buying and special interest funding.

Nationally Fund and Cap all campaign funds: $100,000 for Congressmen, $1,000,000 for Senators and $20,000,000 for Presidential party candidates, who have 2,500,000 unique self-registered members - Democrat, Republican, Libertarian, Green, Gay-Lesbian, Union, Conservative. Progressive. Liberal. Socialist. Tupperware. Commonsensetarian. OM (Organized Morons...that may be the biggest Party of all.)

Limit election campaigning to 3-months. Period.

Focus elected representatives at all levels on work instead of campaign fund raising. This will dramatically reduce political payoffs and influence peddling. Make them use their campaign money or lose it. Any unspent cash is given to local charities.

11.  CREATE A NEW BALANCED ALL-RESOURCES-INCLUDED COMPREHENSIVE ENERGY POLICY:

120% American-generated by 2016:

• 20% from domestic oil (including ANWAR/Offshore/Colorado oil shale)

• 20% Nuclear

• 20% Natural Gas (from Joe Biden)

• 20% Hydroelectric

• 20% Solar, Geothermal and Wind (from Joe Biden)

• 20% Coal

ADDITIONAL FOOD FOR THOUGHT:

We have a document that predates The Constitution that gives us the right to change our govenment. It's called The Declaration Of Independence NOT the Declaration of Dependence, for a reason.

Bwarney will swtutter and swtammer like Elmer Fwudd  and he'll impwassionately tell us we'll have to act in another BIG FWAT hwurry because "we must do swomething" and evewyone knows Califwornia is "too bwig to fwail."
