It's time to cut the debait and deBS on the Debates and depotshots!
They are nothing more than an exercise in personal one-upsmanship, where "who said what about who" trumps all thoughtful dialogue about real issues.
The Huckabee Forum was a much more civil and thoughtful way of vetting the potential candidates.
I say, "Vote for None of the Above!"
And that goes DOUBLE for President Obama, which is normal since voting DOUBLE in Chicago is par for the course.
Let's draft Roger Staubach. Annapolis Grad, a Navy Veteran, who first filled his military obligation and then went on to be a Champion NFL QB and Field General for Tom Landry. (Another very smart guy...ask Gene Stallings, if you don't believe me!)
Roger Staubach is smart. Capable. Clean cut. Successful and a man who loves America and really understands TEAMWORK.
America can do a whole lot worse.
And the way things are going...I'm sure it will.
