So is, Barstool Bill, the much-accomplished and highly-esteemed civic project evaluator and visionary that he is, suggesting that the Northside should remain the Northside - a human shooting gallery and a backlot location for shooting movies that need a ruined cityscape like Escape From New York?
Well, that settles it. Barstool Bill has spoken. St. Louis can go back to sleep.
